Summary
This study examines diffusive mixing through the lens of Tsallis entropy, a nonadditive alternative to classical Boltzmann-Gibbs entropy for nonergodic systems. It develops a generalized form of Brownian motion that maximizes Tsallis entropy and uses it to connect anomalous diffusion behavior with nonclassical entropy production.
